by Yeah, sometimes, I think of things that rhyme when im sleepy, and for some reason, I felt like posting em.
=w= I have bad cases of drunken thoughts in the morning. No, im not drunk. Just feels like it =w=
Sweet, oh sweet sleep eludes me
Calling out for me, but pulling away, as I see
The farther I go, the longer that I wait
Keeping me going with its sweet, tantalizing bait.
In the night that soon leads to morning, my eyelids feel heavier and heavier.
The 1 thing I need, slowly coming to me, that which I call my Saviour.
And when I finally grab it, my mind goes black, giving me illusions
A fantasy here, another there, some make sense, some with no solutions
and as I wake up to another day, I grab my laptop and do what I want
But as the night returns, I lay awake, stiff as a gaaaunt...... (let)
and, to pass the time, music, poetry, and some food
it all ties together, making my sleepless night seem good
but when I finally fall asleep, the hours past, sleeping through the morning and into the day
and although I should return to my usual sleep patterns, theres just so much to do I say.
In the night, nothing to disrupt me, free to do as I please
Movies, party's, tasty cakes, the variety of which is cheese
but the day returns as I sit here, lack of sleep, wanting to go unconscious right there
and in the end, the day tells me that, although Im free in the night, that I should sleep without care
and then, that night, when I try to sleep again, the night calls for me, repeating the loop.
and eventually, I give in, embracing the darkness.
but, as I stand there tired, the day lecturing me as I make soup
I remember the fun of the night, which always leaves me in a mess~
Once upon a..... screw this entrance!
Im gonna try this again with a new sentence.
Oi, this story takes place somewhere in the past
A love story, which like any other, that was not meant to last.
But, unlike those cheesy endings that bring the lovers to death
or a happy ending, or like McBeth
(What was McBeth about? I never did see it
Oh well, it rhymes I'll just continue this lil bit)
Once, long ago, there lived a King, protective of his daughter
any man that dared glance at her was subjected to slaughter.
This girl, 17 at most
would always go explore the nearby caves
she's always sneak out without her father knowing.
Now, this villager, nicknamed the ghost
Would always visit the churches graves
and he saw her one day, while it was snowing.
He followed her to the caves that day
but what did he also see? A man, no younger then nineteen
Putting the pieces together as they both entered the caves, which made him say
"They obviously have something to hide, if together is not what they want seen"
He guessed a secret romance, which made him smile wide
"The king will pay quite handsomely, if I revel what they hide~"
So the man followed the two, deep into the caves
where he saw a light, and what was there was.......
the two together, hidden in the shadows
He laughed in his mind, numerous moment in his mind he saves
he whispered to himself "This act is even worse then when people cuss!"
He laughed to himself, picturing arrows through the mans head, shot by many bows.
The next day, the man was ordered to execution.
The girls thoughts of saving him were all for naught
for, in this case, there was no solution
and so the guillotine is what they brought
The girl, watching from her room, as tears flowed down her cheeks
couldn't believe her love was going to die......
She saw her father pay the villager who sold them out, though that she didn't know
She smelt the smell of greed and guiltiness from him, which really quite reeks
turning her attention back to her love, she whispered her last goodbye
as the guillotine quickly sliced his head off, but to her, it was way to slow..........
She went and pulled out a knife from her dresser that she hid from her father
and decided this was that villagers last night
and although sneaking out at night would be such a bother
she couldn't let him live after killing her love, the thought was pure blight.
and so she snook out that night, past all the guards
and found the mans house, seeing him playing cards.
He had been winning the entire match, draining his buds of all they're money
the knife now in her hands, she waited till he was all alone.
and then, slowly, one by one, all but the man left.
When the man went to bed, she snuck in, silent as a bunny
he was asleep, covered in all his money, which made her silently groan.
and then, she prepared to take his life, since the life of her lover is what he theft
With one fell swipe, she slit his throat
then she chopped his hands off, the pain had already made him wake up.
The look she wore made him freeze up, like like with a shoat
Then she killed him, his blood dripping into his cup.
A couple weeks after his murder, the girl was finally caught
After killing her father in his sleep.
They decided that she had finally snapped, and stormed the castle to look for her.
They finally got to the girls room, which help who they sought.
they opened the door, and the gasps they took were deep
the girl was killed, blood everywhere, this they were sure
It was found that she had killed herself, but the blood spelled something.
They read it as they heard the chimes of a bell
"Seeing my love die at the hands of my father...... bloodlust it did bring
im sorry honey, but im not going to heaven, but hell"
=w= 3....... something AM to 4:07am
